Boys & Girls Club of Simi Valley Receives $23,000 from Alcoa Fastening Systems
Alcoa Fastening Systems generously donated $23,000 to the Boys & Girls Club of Simi Valley in support of the Club’s After School Education Program which offers 400 children a day homework help and one-on-one tutoring, helping them to achieve greater academic success.
“We are very excited to use this donation to expand our After School Education Program,” said Fred Thomas, President of the Board of Directors for the Club, “the Club’s After School Education Program continues to grow and the need for homework assistance, tutoring and enriched educational activities is a high priority with our parents.”
