Supervisor’s son arrested on multiple counts
Ventura County Supervisor Peter Foy’s son was arrested on August 16, 2013, and charged with burglary, money laundering and sales of Oxycontin. Supervisor Foy was first elected to office seven years ago.
According to investigators, Peter Foy II, 34, had been depositing large cash amounts into the bank over the last three years.
In 2012, Foy II, pleaded no contest to conspiracy to manufacture a human growth hormone and received a six-month sentence.
