Woodburn, Ore.’s Elvia Morales Now Missing Four Years
Elvia, a Hispanic female was 4 feet 5 inches tall when she was last seen. She has brown hair and black eyes and a birthmark on her left arm. Elvia was abducted by a Hispanic male. It is believed they may have traveled to California in a dark colored car.
The public is urged to call 1-800-THE-LOST (1-800-843-5678) with any information they have concerning the disappearance or current whereabouts of Elvia. Calls are kept confidential and may be made anonymously.
