You know that saying you see a lot in recipes that goes something like “so and so doesn’t even like blank, but they loved these”? I feel like I see this a lot in Brussels sprouts recipes. Well, the reason I bring it up is because it kind of holds true here too. An odd one you may say, but in my world a true statement.
YOU see, my wife doesn’t care for pork all that much. She didn’t eat it at all until se slowly warmed up to bacon a few years ago. So, I really don’t cook much pork because I am sensitive to the preferences of those I am cooking for. Especially those I am married to. But we picked up some pork chops the other day. And I made them in my vein of simple ingredients make extraordinary flavors. So lets get pork chopping!
Ingredients
• 1 Pork Chop (bone in preferable)
• 1 tablepoon honey
• ½ teaspoon salt
To Cook
