So I spring into action and think of the simplest most delicious brussels sprouts dish you can think of that can ideally be ready 20 minutes ago. I turned the oven on, chopped the Brussels Sprouts and bacon while the oven preheated and about 30 minutes late we were out the door to the in-laws. So let’s make some really simple, extremely delicious, brussels sprouts.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound of Brussels sprouts
- 3 strips of Bacon (but don’t let me tell you what to do here)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
