Lesson two is that too much of a good thing can hurt you, which means eating veggies leads to high potassium levels in your bloodstream. I love veggies, particularly mixed veggies, corn, and carrots, and making these choices a substitute for protein has backfired.
Lesson three, which is well documented: I don’t like going to the doctor and tend to set off my question meter, which has no direct answers, which makes me dig harder. The lesson learned here is that doctors don’t like it when I note they’re well-educated doctors but don’t seem to understand yes or no questions.
