Oxnard-- Okay, so we’re in the middle of our next public health challenge, which is slowing things down for the Tri-County Sentry again.
SINCE there are things that aren’t happening that I would normally be writing about, let’s take a few minutes to talk about other things that I’ll be doing to pass the time.
Activity number one is addressing the health challenge head-on with some truth.
The current variant is easier to catch than the previous variants. Depending on where you get your news, here is the rest of that conversation since there are others who leave the details out, so you’ll live in fear. The new variant is far milder than the previous challenges with less lung damage. If you’ve had your shots, you can still catch this thing, but the shots will mitigate the effects of this variant, and unless you have co-morbidities, you’ll get through this issue fine.
Activity two, use prior experiences to keep moving forward.
You probably noticed that this week’s edition is smaller than usual. The variant has caused a major reduction in one of our larger sections, so we have to return to our smaller version you last saw 18 months…
