Oxnard—So much has happened to me over the last two months, much of it good, and people have been very supportive. But, with that said, one piece of my life has become messed up.
RECENTLY, I have been dropping things, knocking things over, losing things, stepping on and driving over things, and breaking things.
Additionally, I have been losing my car in the grocery store parking lot, which falls under the category of things I lose. It has gotten so bad that I had to use the directional device on my phone to find my car.
It’s one thing to be distracted, but the things I usually do to stay focused have fallen by the wayside. Some things are not my fault, like when I drove over a nail on Oxnard Boulevard, but getting the screw out had become a monumental struggle.
To explain, the J-Train called the car service she subscribes to, and they called back to promise a 45-minute turnaround.
Four hours later, the guy who was supposed to come and fix my tire called and said, “We don't patch tires.”
In addition, I’ve lost my car keys and my bank debit card. I need to go…
