Frosted Thoughts

Oxnard—Does anybody really know what time it is? Does anybody really care?

I care, and my phone turned up missing again last week. It turns out that my giant-sized smartphone fell out of my pocket again, and it was missing.

I was at Dialysis, and was worried someone had picked it up in the parking lot. Janis called the Dialysis Center on Friday, and they had it.

One problem still remains: my giant-sized phone is still too big. I decided to make a change, so off I went to buy one of those phones that is small enough to fit in my pocket.

On to problem two: how does this new thing work? It’s a whole new system, and as the Paramedic and Sarge tell me, I’m too old to operate all this new technology.

After three days of frustration, I was late for Dialysis because I had set my alarm three weeks after it needed to be set. So, I sought professional help, and for $38, it’s working well—no thanks to me.

Next problem: my glasses aren’t working so well, so off I go to the eye doctor to take a test, which I failed in one eye.
