Oxnard—Hi everybody, I hope you had a great week. I was swapping messages with Jeannie Dubon, who is one of my heroes, on my podcast.

THE podcast is doing very well, with a lot of support. Jeannie shared her amazing story of courage against all odds and people who thought she would be a burden, among other horrible insults, inspired this editorial.

Dolores Theresa Frost

Good Old Ma, AKA Ga, named after my nephew Eric, was born in 1931, in Jersey City, New Jersey, to Jack and Lucy (Nitolo) McGurr.

Ga went to Catholic school, graduated from secretarial school, and quickly rose to the top of the secretaries at American Express, where she met her man, Ward Ryder Frost.

Ward, AKA Woody, was attracted and asked Ga to prepare him a lunch at the American Express Annual Picnic. Ga and Lucy prepared an amazing lunch, chicken parm and eggplant sandwiches. He told Ga and Evelyn, AKA Mom, my grandmother, refused to make him lunch. Mom told Ga that she would have happily prepared him lunch. By the way, Mom was not a good cook.

BUSTED!!!!!!!!
