Oxnard—Before I get started on my new challenges and (hopefully) successes and ultimately mission accomplished, 2025 left a bad taste in my mouth.
IN 2025, I spent the year throwing up so often that I would throw up into my office trash can while I wrote the Tri County Sentry.
In 2025, I was reminded how much I hate medical professionals, with one notable exception, and how much I hate the lying nurses at my dialysis center and at the hospitals.
In the hospital case, when you ring the bell and you need to use the restroom, you shouldn’t be told to just go in your bed, and they’ll clean it up, which is, I’m sorry f-ing, stupid.
I went to the operating room five times, which, among other things, paralyzed my bladder, due to the side-effects of the anesthesia, which then required medical intervention. I meant to say, extremely unbelievable that pain, until they emptied four liters of fluid from my bladder.
It also meant damage to my right hip during “corrective” surgery, where the doctor says, oh the corrective surgery will cause you long and painful damage to your hip, and my reply was, next time, start…
