Oxnard--I hope everyone is having a great week, and it’s time to get busy again.
FIRSTLY, I appreciate all the people who wished me a speedy recovery and how important the Tri County Sentry is to the community while I delivered the paper. Just so everyone knows, and in case my children happen to read this, I’m following the Doctor’s advice and meeting each challenge head-on.
It’s funny how some people I know think I’m this headstrong, impatient guy, but I’m not, and I wonder how well they really know me.
I do have one more random thought about my hospital stay, which occurred when I got home two weeks ago; the J-Train sucks at keeping the house clean. I started cleaning the moment I got home. And although the J-Train told me the order was to relax from the Doctor, I can’t relax in a messy house.
Cleaning the house relaxes me, so it was a win-win for everyone involved. So, I’m better than I was but not as good as I can be. I’m looking forward to getting past the Doctor this week and getting a good report, so I can start working out again.
