Oxnard-- You know, I’ve spent time this week watching news stories about things going on in the world, and I can’t help but feel a little embarrassed to say that I am a part of the group of people calling themselves journalists on television.
THERE is biased slander going on in the news industry. Don’t get me wrong; I don’t have any problem with opinion shows if they are clearly identified as opinion shows, but if you’re going to have an opinion show, both sides of an issue should be represented, so there can be a healthy and honest representation of both sides.
However, when I hear reports about news organizations being barred from a courthouse for unethical behavior and then try to walk away from the issue, I thank God that I didn’t go to college and get my degree, where these guys in the “big-time news industry” got their degrees.
Things are going on in Oxnard that have people up in arms as well. I know all about it, and you can bet that I will get to the bottom of the issue. Of course, people are trying to manipulate the narrative to benefit themselves, but that’s…
