Frosted Thoughts

Oxnard--Some weeks roll along smoothly, while others, well, let’s say they present challenges.

IT’S never going to be a smooth week when I have to spend a ton of time buried in accounting software doing my least favorite thing; Accounting, what I call a necessary evil. But you power through the tasks and get them done as we approach tax time.

Then I had to stop my week because my Doctor wanted me to get blood tests, which did not go well, so back into the office I went. That means more appointments to figure out a way to find me a good report. I’m fine with that and look forward to getting a clean bill of health. Give me the plan, and I’ll follow it.

My family is a different story, as I have been overwhelmed with a ton of advice about what I should do. It still amazes me how my children treat me like a child. I know they want me to be healthy, and I understand their concern.
