Oxnard-- It’s over, at last. The mask mandate was lifted on Wednesday, February 15, and we can finally go to the store and not wear a “face diaper” to save ourselves from Covid-19.
FIRST of all, I think it’s pretty obvious that science is not the driver behind the change in policy. It’s simple; look at the polls leading up to the midterm election, and people are trying to save their butts.
Okay, let’s take a minute to review some of the facts about the current form of Covid-19 Omicron. Mild symptoms, minimal lung damage, and you’ll be fine, especially if you’ve had the jab.
It’s over; get over it, it’s over. The public is finished with this virus, and if you look North, you can see how people are finished. I saw on the news that the protest from the North is coming to the United States.
Then, of course, the Johns Hopkins study shows the lockdowns have been mostly ineffective. Oops, the elected officials got it wrong. Imagine that. Someone is sitting at home, and their business was down because of Covid-19, and now there is a report that says the shutdown didn’t work.
