NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, subject to confirmation by this court, November 07, 2022, at 4:00 p.m., or thereafter
within the time allowed by law, Melissa
Livingston, Ventura County Public Guardian, as the conservator of the person and
estate of BRIAN JONES, Conservatee, will
sell at private sale to the highest and best
net bidder, on the terms and conditions set
forth below, all right, title, and interest of the
Conservatee in the real property located at
140 East Simpson Street, Ventura, California 93001, legally described in Exhibit
“A” attached hereto and by this reference
incorporated herein.
The property will be sold subject to current
taxes, covenants, conditions, restrictions,
reservations, rights, rights of way and
easements of record, with any encumbrances of record to be satisfied from the
purchase price.
LISTING PRICE OF $450,000.00
The property is to be sold on an “as is” basis, except for title.
The Public Guardian has given an exclusive listing to
