NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, subject to confirmation by this court, on March 12, 2026, at 4:00 p.m., or thereafter within the time allowed by law, Dr. Loretta Denering, Ventura County Public Guardian, as the conservator of the person and estate of Michelle Virginia Hedgecock, Conservatee, will sell at private sale to the highest and best net bidder, on the terms and conditions set forth below, all right, title, and interest of the Conservatee in the personal property in the form of a mobile home located at 5 Robertson Way, Newbury Park, California 91320; Decal Number AAT1368; Serial Numbers S8653U and S8653X; Label/ Insignia Numbers A359844 and A359845.
