CITY OF PORT HUENEME NOTICE OF ADOPTED ORDINANCE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 20, 2025, the Port Hueneme City Council adopted the following Ordinance: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT HUENEME, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTION 4301 OF CHAPTER 4 OF ARTICLE IV OF THE PORT HUENEME MUNICIPAL CODE TO CLARIFY PROHIBITED WHEELED VEHICLE ACTIVITY ON THE HUENEME PIER
Summary: October 6, 2025, a public hearing was held by the City Council of the City of Port Hueneme to introduce the above Ordinance. This Ordinance amends Section 4301 of Chapter 4 of Article IV of the Port Hueneme Municipal Code (PHMC) to clarify the types of wheeled vehicles that are prohibited on the Hueneme Pier. Ordinance No. 827 was adopted by the following vote: AYES: Gama, Hernandez, Perez, Lopez, McQueen-Legohn; NOES: None; ABSENT: None.
