Oxnard-- You know, I start my day, and as I get my to-do list organized, writing, accounting, billing, phone calls, stuff like that, I can usually tell if it’s going to be a good or difficult day.
THEN things start happening, and, well, there goes the day. On Sunday, the J-Train went off to work, and shortly after leaving, I got a call that she was driving, heard a loud pop, and had a flat unfixable tire with a hole in it.
Now, I realize the world is not perfect, and flat tires happen, but this is the fifth tire I’ve had to replace on her car.
Okay, so we got her AAA to help manage her; I’m going to run over anything lifestyle, but the real issue lies with the bill. Unless you haven’t been looking, the prices at the grocery store are still going up, and it’s becoming difficult to manage. I’ve given up food already, for the most part, and now I have to buy clothes that don’t fall off me. When things happen, however, it blows up our shrinking food budget.
