Oxnard—On most days, outside of running the Tri County Sentry, I don’t get much done. For some reason, I woke up with plenty of energy the other day and decided to get work done around the house.
I started in my office, changing room, which is code for me using the extra closet in the spare bedroom because the bedroom is full of the J-Train’s clothes closet and packed to the gills.
Okay, there’s no issue here, but somehow, when we moved across the Country, we lost many of our hangars. Additionally, somehow, the amount of dresser space we have dwindled, which means I need some new dressers. I went to Walmart and took care of both of those issues.
The truth is that we’re not all the way moved into the house even though we arrived in March, and there are way too many boxes everywhere, most notably in the master bedroom and laundry room.
I spent the day breaking down boxes and getting them ready for recycling, and I hung some pictures to make the house look a little homey.
