Oxnard—Feb. 2, Oxnard Police officers conducted a traffic stop on a silver Lexus for vehicle code violations at Juanita Street and Cesar Chavez Drive.
DURING the traffic stop, officers learned a 16-year-old juvenile passenger inside the vehicle possessed a loaded firearm. The juvenile was arrested for multiple firearms violations, and the remaining vehicle occupants were released at the scene.
