Oxnard —On Sunday,
March 30, Oxnard Police officers responded to a subject passed out in a vehicle with its engine running at Third Street and Hayes Avenue. OFFICERS contacted the driver, Juarez, and ultimately arrested him for driving under the influence of drugs. During a search of Juarez’s vehicle, officers located an unregistered loaded firearm with a high-capacity magazine. Juarez was also charged with multiple firearms violations.
