Oxnard-- The Finance & Governance Committee approved an amendment with Avasant LLC for its I.T. (Information Technology) Transformation Plan Execution Strategy and Roadmap Tuesday, April 25.
THE amendment is for $130,375, with the revised cost at most $279,375 to complete the transformation plan, execution strategy, and roadmap before June 23, 2023.
Chief Information Officer Helen Miller presented the item and said Oxnard began working with Avasant, a management advisory services company, in January to develop an I.T. strategy and sourcing company to guide the City’s transformation & operating model plan.
Elements in the plan include City Departs’ & I.T. Drivers, I.T. Transformation & Operating model objectives and vision, current I.T. gaps and risks to address, future state options that optimize the framework for each element, and the transformation plan, execution strategy, and roadmap.
