LOWRIDER CAR SHOW IS HOT AND TOTALLY COOL

Oxnard-- The car shows in Downtown Oxnard have returned in a grand way, Sunday, July 17, as the Low Rider edition meant classic rides lining A Street for pure viewing pleasure.

ADD in a Farmers’ Market on the street, along with lots of people, and the day quickly became a walk, talk, shop, meet your neighbor, and revel in the family atmosphere created within the area car clubs.

The event was sponsored by All-For-One, Ventura County, with proceeds benefitting the Oxnard Beautification Fund.

Bubba Daniels from All-For-One Ventura County said it’s great to be back in Downtown Oxnard.

“We’ve been waiting for this,” he said. “We did it last year, and we still need to do it one more time and see what happens.”

All-For-One didn’t bring their cars because they ran the show and catered to everyone else.

He said they approached the City of Oxnard to block the street off and make the car show happen.

“It took me about four months,” Daniels said. “I’ve been in All-For-One since 1986,” he said. “We went on a hiatus for a little bit, and Daniel Mayorga brought us back together, and here we are again. He’s our President.”
