Moreno Faces Multiple charges

Oxnard—On May 17th, at approximately 8:30 p.m., Officers from the Oxnard Special Enforcement Unit (Gang Unit) conducted a traffic stop in the 1400 block of South Oxnard Blvd. During the contact, Officers removed the driver, Manuel Moreno, 50 years old, from the vehicle and conducted a pat-down search for weapons. Moreno possessed a loaded 45 caliber, 1911-style pistol, concealed in the waistband of his pants.

Moreno also possessed Fentanyl. Moreno was arrested for multiple firearm charges and possession of Fentanyl for sale.
