Oxnard—On Saturday, March 15, 2025, at approximately 2:12 p.m., Officers from the Oxnard Police Department were dispatched to Gonzales Road and Rice Avenue regarding a traffic accident involving three vehicles.
ONE of the drivers fled the scene but was later apprehended by officers. The fleeing driver was under the influence of alcohol. His blood alcohol level was 0.32, four times the legal limit. The driver was arrested on felony charges of hit-and-run and driving under the influence.
