Oxnard--On April 6th, at approximately 12:36 a.m., Oxnard Police officers responded to a call for service in reference to a fight heard in the alley of the 4800 block of Olds Road. Upon arrival, officers made contact with 22-year-old Albeto Serrato who was seated in the driver’s seat of a silver BMW 435i. During a subsequent search of the vehicle, officers located a non-serialized AR-15 style rifle and a high-capacity magazine loaded with 29 rounds of ammunition. Serrato was arrested for several firearms violations.
