Oxnard—During the last two months, the Oxnard Police Department Neighborhood Policing Team (NPT) assisted the Ventura County Combined Agency Team (VCAT) with an ongoing narcotics sales investigation in the City of Oxnard.
OVER the past month and a half, several arrests were made, and illegal narcotics and contraband were seized. Pursuant to search warrants served at multiple locations, investigators recovered more than two (2) pounds of fentanyl, a loaded firearm, drug paraphernalia, and additional items indicative of narcotics sales.
The Neighborhood Policing Team (NPT) will continue to collaborate with the Ventura County Combined Agency Team (VCAT) to address quality-of-life concerns in our community, with a continued focus on combating illegal narcotics sales.
