Oxnard--On September 1, at approximately 8:29 p.m., Oxnard Police Department Officers responded to a shooting victim call in the 1900 block of North H Street.
Officers and EMS personnel arrived on the scene and located a 31-year-old male suffering from what appeared to be a single gunshot wound to his head. The subject was immediately transported to a local hospital, and listed in stable condition.
Oxnard Police Department Violent Crimes Unit Investigators assumed responsibility for the investigation, which is ongoing, and no further information is available at this time.
