Oxnard-- The 2023 Oxnard Police Department Pink Patch fundraising efforts continued Thursday, October 19, at Plaza Park from 10:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. at in the Oxnard Farmers Market - Downtown.
THROUGH the sales of special limited edition Oxnard Police Department pink patches and T-shirts, the Department is raising money for Ribbons of Life Breast Cancer Foundation, a local nonprofit independent organization, that provides breast cancer education, advocacy, and emotional and social support to the County of Ventura.
These items can also be purchased at the upstairs lobby window of our police station from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday.
The Oxnard Police Department thanks the Oxnard Police Community Foundation and its generous sponsors at Stacy Miller Public Affairs, Inc., the Oxnard Peace Officers Association, Boyd & Associates, Napalm, and the Ventura County Credit Union; 100 percent of the money raised through the sale of merchandise will go directly to the Ribbons of Life Breast Cancer Foundation.
