Oxnard resident charged with gun violations

Oxnard--At 10:45 p.m., February 4, Oxnard Police officers conducted a traffic stop for a vehicle code violation at Fifth and A Streets in Oxnard.

During contact with the vehicle occupants, officers observed a handgun on 32-year-old Oxnard resident German Lucatero. Officers retrieved the firearm, a loaded, unserialized 9mm P80 handgun. Lucatero was arrested for multiple firearms violations.
