Ventura--The April featured Cats at Cassie’s Cats and Kittens are Pepper, a gray kitty, and Charlotte, a calico kitty. These are two shy girls looking for a warm and loving home.
PEPPER is about 10 months old, while Charlotte turned 1 year old in February. Charlotte came to Cassie’s Cats along with her brother Noah and another kitten named Daniel from a rescue group in Simi Valley.
Pepper was also a kitten and came to the Lounge after they rescued another kitten. They reached out to rescue partners to find her a friend so the other kitty wouldn’t be alone in a foster home.
“Pepper is about 7 pounds, and Charlotte’s about 10 pounds,” Cassie’s Cats and Kittens Founder Jennifer Thompson said.
Charlotte arrived at the Lounge in July 2023, and Pepper arrived in October 2023.
“Charlotte is definitely on the more shy and cautious side,” Thompson said. “She is a Kitty; she’s playful, and you can pet her, but it’s all on her own terms. The Lounge is just too big for her. It’s too busy; there are too many strangers coming in and too many Cats all over the place.”
