Oxnard-- At 11:34 p.m. Monday, March 4, Oxnard Police Officers were patrolling Olds Road and Walden Street when an officer observed 19-year-old Oxnard resident Oscar Rojas vandalizing the alleyway.
Rojas entered a vehicle and began to leave the area; officers conducted an enforcement stop on the vehicle and contacted Rojas in the passenger’s seat. Officers located a concealed loaded firearm on Rojas. He was arrested for firearms violations and vandalism.
