Oxnard—On Thursday, July 3, Oxnard Police officers attempted to contact a group of individuals in the south alley of the 300 block of Cuesta del Mar.
SEVERAL persons fled, but officers were able to make contact with a male juvenile and locate a loaded 9mm firearm adjacent to the juvenile; he was arrested for numerous firearms-related violations.
