Ventura-- It was classic cars, coffee, donuts, good friends, and plenty of networking on Sunday, March 17, as Antique Adventures always opens their doors to hot rodders for great Sunday morning fun.
THE front and side parking lots were filled with classic cars as owners sat, talked, and enjoyed each other’s company. Everyone is always welcome as there is always room for one more in the hot rodder family.
Canine Baxter O’Hara and his dog dad, Tim, were out enjoying a Sunday drive when they decided to meet up with friends at Antique Adventures.
“I brought my 1956 Chevy Bel Air,” Tim said. “Baxter loves driving in the car. He looks at everybody. We’re just a bunch of hot rod guys who show up here every Sunday if the weather is good. If you make it, you make it, and if you don’t, you don’t. It’s no big deal.”
Tim remains diligent about keeping his car running well.

“You can’t just let them go,” he said. “I’m always cleaning it. It gets dirty fast. You’ve got to keep on them.”
