Farmers’ Market ends 2021 on a High Note

Channel Islands-- The shoppers were out in force, Sunday, December 26, as the Channel Islands Farmers’ Market was full of people ready to pick up some end-of-the-year values.

Vendors were ready for the public and offered them excellent shopping advice based on the customer’s needs, and they could pick from lots of food, jewelry, art, and plenty of clothes.

Jeffrey Paige played the guitar at the Market and said Christmas is the time to spread joy and blessings.

“I’m known as the music man and live here in the Channel Islands area,” he said. “I play at the Farmers’ Market from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Sunday.” plays light rock music for the crowd.

I play Eagles-type music from the 60s and 70s,” he said. “I’ve been playing about 20 years, and it’s a joy. My heart wants to share my music and my voice with other people. I feel that I am blessed to have good hands and a voice that works well.”

 

In 2022, he wants to travel more with his wife and go to Europe again.

“I’d like to be in Paris and Switzerland,” Paige said. “I’d like to see more of Northern California.”
