Oxnard-- The Muscles & Mojo event at the Murphy Auto Museum Sunday, November 20, had all the great attributes of a great classic car Sunday.
The morning featured lots of classic cars, Rock n Roll, plenty of people with great fellowship, and handmade crafts and coloring books created by Design Director Fireball Tim Lawrence, ready to go and handle Christmas presents.
Murphy Classic Car Foundation Executive Director David Neel said big things are happening at the Murph in December, including a big Garage Sale.
“We have a lot of things that have been donated over time, and folks from the public call us and ask if we want this and that,” he said. “We usually say yes, and we display it, or if it’s not that interesting, we keep it and rotate it around.”
At some point, he said they get rid of items because they don’t have enough space to store everything.
“That time is coming from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. on December 10, when we have the Murphy Auto Museum Garage Sale,” Neel said.
