Oxnard-- The Murphy Auto Museum was the place to be, Sunday, January 16, as the monthly Muscles and Mojo Cars and Coffee Show meant hot, classic, and unique cars, lots of fellowship, music, with the entire museum ready to enjoy.
THE event drew, on the third Sunday each month, a big crowd of people enjoying the cars, with owners talking about the pride and joy they brought back to glory.
Museum owner Fireball Tim Lawrence said dealing with Covid-19 has been challenging.
“I don’t think the issue with people is whether they have Covid-19 or don’t have Covid-19; it’s when we start to make each other wrong for the way we live our lives,” he said. “We’re all doing the best that we can in the conditions that we have. If people are afraid and they want to stay home, they should have the right to do that. If people feel that it’s okay to go out and they feel safe, they should do that.
